When this came up in a League game (in December 2017), my team had a total of something like 100 years working in the IT industry, and we were unanimous that the answer was Comma Separated Variables. This answer was not allowed however, and subsequent research indicates that Comma Separated Values is the more common term.
The Questions Guru later reported that "According to many sources 'comma–separated variables' is also an acceptable answer."
